ASCI creates learning environments that promote working together as a team. Self awareness of interpersonal communication styles is key to understanding your role in a team.

Our team building philosophy is applied to all of our programs. It can also be focused on as a module of SLMD, Business Improvisation, Succession Planning and Pervasive Gaming.

Improvisation &Team Building Day

Improvisation is the ability to perform creatively under pressure. As a skill improvisation is a valuable asset for leadership, sales or any spontaneous circumstance where real time execution is paramount to success. Participants will learn to improvise by exploring the same processes and exercises used by professionals (such as Second City and “Who’s Line Is It Anyway?”) to experience the “aha” moments of insight associated with being creative under pressure.

The workshop will concentrate on 3 main areas;

• Improvisation process and application in real life situations.
• Communication style, status & performance.
• Teambuilding, trust and fun.

Participants will be challenged to take risks, explore their style and “fail forward” – all while heightening listening skills, communication and having fun.

 Participants broken out into groups of 25, each group will be lead by a professional Improvisation Facilitator.

• 1 day or ½ Day Workshop
• 60 minute filmed performance ‘competition’ with willing participants
• Hosted by a Professional Improv Troupe
• Edited DVD
