At Anderson Sabourin Consulting Inc. (ASCI) we believe that a corporate strategy is only as good as the people who create it combined with those tasked with executing it. The fast paced and ever changing environment dictates that components of strategy will change during execution in near real time. This reality leads us to recommend that the team developing the strategy also be responsible, from a leadership perspective at very least, for its execution. Our strategy process is comprised of three major phases:

1. Understanding the current state of the organization and market conditions
   (PEST, SWOT, BOS, etc.)
2. Creating a strategy (Ideation, and Game Theory)
3. Executing the strategy (Change Management, Tactical Observation, Situational
   Leadership, Business Improvisation)
